To continue our rapid growth on the DACH market, we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager for our growing company.
Responsibilities
- Working with the Sales Operations team on core sales processes; sales performance management, may include commission validation and recognition.
- Monitor effectiveness of sales teams’ use of processes and tools in order to understand needs.
- Administer changes required to support sales performance & sales finance management.
- Planning to create new and improved sales processes and tools.
- Establish an and maintain a central forecasting system for your sales team
- Track Performance of Sales Representatives and build a reporting system where we can track our sales performance on at least a weekly basis
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 -4 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
- University graduate from related departments
- Experience in reporting with datas and metrics
- Advance English or /and German level
- Great communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications ( Hubspot is a big Plus)
- Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness
- Able to communicate and collaborate with different departments
- Energetic, passionate and KPI driven
Bonus Qualifications:
- Fluency in more than two languages , German and English (C1) + other languages are superstar
- Having experience working with Tech Startups, SaaS Companies and/or Leadgeneration Agencies
