To continue our rapid growth on the DACH market, we are looking for a passionate and fast-thinking Lead-specialist, who will help the company get the word out about our products and services across our target audiences via multiple digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for lead generation activities including identifying leads and creating new opportunities
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to establish a lead development process
- Optimization of the qualification and evaluation of leads using data
- Use the data-driven approach to improve the conversion process of leads
- Develop the lead database, qualify and input them into the CRM system
- Create, manage and develop B2B LeadGen campaigns (e.g. prepare texts and visuals) in multichannel environment (e.g. social media, emails , digital media, sponsorships)
- Orchestrate several Outbound campaigns for our Sales Representatives and create Demand Generation Strategies with our Marketing Team
Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing or similar/comparable study field
- Experience in a Lead Management role within a B2B environment
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of Outbound Technologies like Active Campaign, Reply.io
- You are comfortable and competent with data driven Leadgeneration and LeadGen platforms
- Advance English or /and German level
- Great communication skills
- Good Storyteller
Bonus Qualifications:
- Fluency in more than two languages , German and English (C1) + other languages are superstar
- Having experience working with Tech Startups, SaaS Companies and/or Leadgeneration Agencies
